Shipping & Refund Policy

We are a small, family-owned business committed to providing you with exceptional service, both online and in person, for your convenience. We take great pride in offering a personalized shopping experience with efficiency and care. We deeply respect our customers—their time, their support, and their investment in our brand. In return, we kindly ask for the same respect for our time and our business. While larger retailers may offer a different experience, we focus on quality, attentiveness, and a level of dedication that only a small business can provide.

Your order will be shipped within 2-10 business days and will be sent via USPS (shipping times may vary during peak seasons). Shipping is a flat rate based on weight of package + shipping and handling. Shipping within the US only. Please double check your address. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses on individual orders and do not guarantee that we can correct customer mistakes. If your order is sent back to us, we will refund your order to allow you to reorder with the correct address.

You will be emailed your tracking number once your order has been received and processed by USPS.

Once your order has been transferred to USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery speed, location, or potential loss. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact your local post office directly for assistance. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for your records and reaching out to your local Postmaster for any delivery concerns. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked as delivered by USPS but are later reported stolen or missing from your address.

Shipping insurance is available for purchase at checkout and covers the value of your items up to the total package amount, excluding shipping costs. This insurance protects against damage incurred during transit but does not cover packages that USPS has marked as delivered but were subsequently stolen or misplaced.

All sales are final. Please be aware that body oils are replicas of original fragrances.  Body oil fragrances smell similar to original scents, but we cannot 100% guarantee that every fragrance will smell exactly like the original fragrance. We source from the highest quality oil vendors to ensure the closest match. Further, everyone has different body chemistry and every person has a different sense of smell. Therefore we cannot guarantee the longevity,  power nor the strength of each fragrance on each person. If you are blind buying, we highly encourage you to purchase the smallest bottle size to ensure you are satisfied with the fragrance oil. 

All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once your package has been shipped and/or received. If you have a concern with damages or an incorrect order, please email us with photos and your order number at thewsoillady@gmail.com. Someone will return your email within 48 hours.
